Seamless Integration with your MFP


Doc2NET makes it easy for busy workgroups to streamline document filing. With Doc2NET Software and a scan-enabled Sharp Digital IMAGER or a FO-DC Series Document Communication System, users can scan and store documents directly to one centralized location on the network where the entire workgroup can access them. Saving and storing files can be standardized among workgroup users. Doc2NET provides 10 filing cabinets to store documents, each organized with 6 separate drawers and 26 individual folders from A to Z. With powerful indexing features, Doc2NET provides 10 separate fields for each cabinet for more accurate file naming. In addition to its flexible structured indexes, Doc2NET supports powerful full text searching, so users can retrieve documents they need based on any words contained within them. Easily search and retrieve documents by name, date category and more.

When integrated with SharpDesk OCR (Optical Character Recognition), Doc2NET supports advanced, full-text searching so you can find the documents you need based on keywords, job number and more. Doc2NET provides enhanced security features including user authentication with independently configurable access privileges including permission to view specific drawers within a cabinet, and up to 100 password protected user accounts. Users can also Scan TIFF and PDF formats from the IMAGER and FO-DC Series Document Communication System using Net Scan Tools. With Doc2NET v. 3 Administrators can now export documents to a CD with the index information.
