  SharpAccountant is a versatile tool designed to help you track and allocate the cost of operating your Sharp Digital IMAGERs™. Now you can easily monitor and track your IMAGER's copy, print, and scan activity - and compile valuable data that can affect your company's bottom line. Sharp Accountant can analyze printer usage by account code, device, copy, print, or scan. It also allows you to track device usage, making sure that all your MFPs are being used to their maximum efficiency. Sharp Accountant lets you develop cost profiles for each MFP, and allows you to budget for supplies more accurately. An intuitive, easy-to-use system, ImageRouter is a self-contained, all-inclusive hardware and software system and receives all it's input via the included touch-screen monitor. ImageRouter is closely integrated with all scan enabled digital multifunction products. Unlike competing products, when used as a "network appliance", imageRouter can operate with multiple scanner devices attached to your network. What this means is that multiple copiers can send documents to one imageRouter station or one copier can send documents to multiple imageRouter stations, giving you complete control of your implementation. The data collected by Sharp Accountant can be viewed in both numeric formats as well as easy to understand graphs, so analyzing information is effortless. For added convenience reports can also be emailed directly from sharp accountant. Data can also export as CSV or tab delimited formats for easy importing into popular spreadsheet applications.
