Service Response Time Guarantee:
Central guarantees an average response time of four hours. If we fail to respond in this time frame, a $100 credit will be issued to you.

Guaranteed Fixed Cost:
Under our Cost per Copy Program, you only pay for the copies you make, while we provide all necessary supplies and materials.

Free Loaner or Replacement:
Central provides an excellent team of professionally trained technicians to service your equipment. If it cannot be repaired, a replacement will be delivered to you at no additional cost.

Complete Customer Care:
Central will furnish you with all the necessary informational material on your chosen product, to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge to operate your equipment efficiently. We also guarantee that our billing statement to you is easily understood. In addition, we provide an excellent Customer Service Team that includes Factory Certified Hardware Technicians as well as Fully Certified Network Engineers."

Leasing:
